The Giant Pigeon is the British version of Ernie the Giant Chicken who appears in "Family Guy Viewer Mail 2" during the "Chap of the Manor" segment.
He bumps into Neville during the Queen's visit and they squint at each other which hints at a Chicken-fight style fight, however, all that he and Neville do is slap each other and make compliments to each other.
